How will I be refunded?

You can choose to have your refund returned to an E-Gift Card, which is processed almost immediately once placed, or alternatively, to have your refund returned to your original payment method.

*Loyalty Member Benefit: If you're a loyalty member and choose the Return to Gift Card option, you'll receive 200 loyalty points—equivalent to the restocking fee—credited to your account.

Paid via a Gift Card or Gift Voucher?
Your refund will go back to the same Gift Card that you used for your purchase, if you no longer have this Gift Card, please reach out to our customer service team and they will have a new one sent out to you.
