You have 28 days from receiving your order to return your items.
Items must be clean, unworn and have their original tags attached.

Return Fee: A £1.99 fee is deducted from your refund per order returned.
Combining Orders: Returning items from multiple orders in one box? A £1.99 fee still applies to each separate order. To keep fees low, return all items from a single order in one parcel.
Note: All return reference numbers must start with two letters.

We’ll send you an email as soon as your return is processed. Timeframes include receipt, inspection, and processing:
UK Returns: Please allow up to 21 days.
International Returns: Please allow up to 28 days.
